Traditional medical equipment providers often take 5–14 days to get authorization approved, leaving patients stranded at home without the equipment they need immediately after surgery. Karelli Care solves that critical gap by delivering essential recovery equipment directly to patients' homes the same day or next day after surgery.

We don't bill insurance — patients pay us directly via cash, card, HSA/FSA, or a pay-over-time option — and we hand-deliver, set up, and later pick up the equipment ourselves. Patients receive an itemized receipt they can submit to their own insurance for reimbursement if they choose. We serve patients recovering from orthopedic surgery and Colorado's seasonal ski and snowboard injury population, working closely with orthopedic surgeons, ambulatory surgery centers, physical therapy clinics, and home health agencies to ensure every patient has the mobility support they need, when they need it.
